Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Gastonia, NC
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance / 3+ years of Accounting Experience / 3+ years of Manufacturing/Cost role (Preferred) / CPA Preferred, Not Required
- Lead monthly closing procedures, and provide clear and concise summary of results to finance and plant leaders.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Prepare journal entries for inventory, fixed assets, labor allocation, and any other plant-related activity.
- Complete additional monthly accounting entries and provide support for the month-end close as needed by the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Team.
- Budget/forecast income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.
- Provide financial and operational reports required for comprehensive decision support to the VP of Operations and Supply Chain
- Responsible for the development of accurate revenue forecasts based on analysis of orders released to production.
- Support the annual audit and tax processes. Serve as a key contact for the audit and tax teams.
- Develop and maintain reporting for product line profitability.
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of Accounting and Leadership Experience
- 3+ years of Manufacturing/Cost role (Preferred)
- CPA Preferred, Not Required
