What We Do:

We are a forward-thinking company that provides an autonomous AI-enabled decision support system, giving supply chain leaders the tools they need for resiliency and automation. Our platform, CONTXT, powered by ATHENA LLM, is a device-agnostic risk-management solution. It automates lane mapping, optimizes temperature management workflows, and reduces product loss for Life Science shippers and service providers.

Job Overview:

As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to create groundbreaking SaaS products. If you're a visionary with a knack for execution, obsessed with customer success, and love simplifying complex challenges, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Leverage your 3+ years of product management experience to deliver innovative and successful B2B/SaaS products.
Craft a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring flawless execution.
Engage directly with customers' operational leadership teams, shaping solutions to drive success.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members, including executives.
Focus on building business impact, not just features, by maximizing value for our customers.
Requirements:

3-5+ years in a product management role.
Proven track record of launching and iterating on SaaS and/or B2B products.
Ability to establish credibility quickly with engineers.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Experience partnering with data scientists and software teams for analytically rigorous product launches.
