Job Location: Auburn Hills, MI area
Job Salary: $110k-$150k range
Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 10+ years' heavy commercial construction experience

What You Will Be Doing

Managing Construction Projects in the Industrial and Heavy Commercial Markets. This entails one large project at a time or several small to medium size projects at once. Project delivery methods may include Self-Perform, General Contracting, or Construction Management. Project sizes ranging from $1M to $50M+ and may include some travel. Location varies from office to part-time office/job-site to full-time job-site.

What You Need for this Position

- 10+ years of GC Project Management experience
- Experience in heavy commercial / industrial projects
- 4 year degree in Construction or similar field
