Our global client is looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a deep understanding of the luxury industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring our esteemed clientele has a seamless and fulfilling journey with their brand. You will be the dedicated point of contact, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients maximize the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer experience for a portfolio of high-profile luxury clients, providing white-glove service and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, developing personalized strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Become a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support, guidance, and training to ensure clients are equipped to leverage our offerings to their full potential.
- Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Collect and analyze client feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and discerning clientele.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury market, its nuances, and the expectations of luxury consumers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to client challenges.
- Proficient in CRM and other relevant software applications.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for the luxury industry and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
