Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefited grant related position. To provide administrative support and project oversight for the PI (principal investigator) and research team. This position provides proactive and professional support for the PI and grant project team. This position also provides service to the public and university community in a professional and efficient manner through interactions via phone, Teams, Zoom, in person etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
Project Support: Assist in various project-related activities, such as scheduling, data collection/coordination, documentation, and report writing.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and project participants through effective communication channels, providing regular updates, and addressing any queries or concerns.
Presentation and Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for project meetings, conferences, or other dissemination activities.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of project activities, deadlines, and milestones.
Ad hoc Tasks: Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the PI, Co-PI or other team members, as required.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (earned or currently obtaining)
Previous customer service experience
Must have advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet; intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Power Point
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer previous experience working with a Native American organization and/or a not-for-profit organization.
