 About the Role 

iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President to join the Education and Compliance Solutions team as a part of the Enterprise Solutions department. This role will be responsible for growing relationships and driving sales with retail-focused wealth and asset management firm prospects and existing enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have a successful sales background in the retail distribution channel and an understanding of the alternative investment industry, products, and regulatory concepts. 

iCapital’s Education and Compliance Solution combines award-winning (see Disclaimer link below) foundational education and industry-leading investment product training with compliance-based workflows which empower financial firms and professionals to source, evaluate, transact, and monitor alternative investments from an extensive menu while fulfilling firm and regulatory requirements. 

 Responsibilities 

• Lead Education and Compliance Solution sales for wealth and asset management prospects and existing iCapital enterprise clients 
• Establish new relationships and foster existing relationships with prospective firms through proactive networking, calls, emails, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
• Collaborate internally to focus on organic growth amongst existing enterprise clients
• Perform proactive and consistent follow-up to advance the sales process and deepen relationships
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop ongoing marketing strategies and needs to support sales
• Travel and participate in industry conferences and events
• Work on special projects as requested

Qualifications 

• 8-10 years of successful work experience in the wealth or asset management industry in a client facing capacity, preferably within alternative investments 
• Alternative investments product and regulatory knowledge 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales process 
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills 
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and improvement of the team 
• Excellent client service aptitude and attitude 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce 

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
