We are seeking a motivated Independent Contract Cold Caller to join our team for 20-30 hours per week. With competitive starting pay of $20 per hour and the potential to earn up to $27 per hour after the first month based on performance, this opportunity offers both flexibility and growth.
Key Details:
- Flexible Hours: Initially, you'll be working 20 hours per week, with the possibility of ramping up to 30 hours within the first two weeks. Your schedule is entirely in your hands, with no nights or weekends required.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the convenience of working from home, Monday through Friday. We provide all the necessary training, scripts, and dialing software to ensure your success.
- Responsibilities: Your main task will involve making outbound calls to real estate agents to set appointments. Our strategy of calling cell phones ensures a high answer rate and minimal do-not-call instances.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of three years of previous experience with outbound cold calling is required.
- Tech-Savvy: You should possess a friendly demeanor, solid phone skills, and the ability to work in a quiet environment. Access to a computer with reliable internet and either a cell or home phone for dialing into our system is necessary.
- Availability: Immediate availability to start training is preferred, and a desire for a long-term, part-time, 1099 opportunity is essential.
- Location: Candidates residing anywhere in the U.S. (excluding California) are welcome to apply.
