Disc Fabricator | Broken Arrow, OK
Temp to Hire
$20/hour DOE
2nd shift 3:30pm-12am
Fantastic company culture. They are willing to train someone with manufacturing experience and a great attitude. Super clean shop. This position is responsible for manufacturing various rupture disc products.
Qualifications/Experience
• Must be able to operate air and hydraulic presses, punches, punch presses.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Experience of using SAP, Epicor, Oracle.
• Cuts material using cutting table or square shear.
• Set proper die in hydraulic or air press.
• Blanks and forms material and conducts burst testing.
• Adjusts burst pressure by annealing or stress relieving in heat treat ovens.
• Performs temperature testing.
• Records pertinent lot card data, stamps disk name tags.
-Determine project requirements, such as scope, assembly sequences, or required methods or materials, using blueprints, drawings, or written or verbal instructions
- Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, or smooth surfaces, seams, or joints of assembled parts, using hand tools or portable power tools.
