WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

As the Systems & Process Trainer , you will collaborate closely with our Sales and IT teams to develop and deliver comprehensive eLearning and ILT courses for the Lennox Commercial Sales and Support teams. You will be accountable for championing change adoption and supporting effective and efficient usage of systems and resources. This role will report to the Training and Enablement Manager.

Lennox offers employees a variety of flexible work options. This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $64k - $84k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
