Hospice Nurse

Hospice Nurse needed in Lewisville, TX.

Titan Placement Group invited you to explore an opportunity in the suburbs of Dallas / Fort Worth. Lewisville was incorporated in 1925, and when the construction of Lewisville Lake was completed in the 1950s, the city began to expand rapidly. Lewisville's proximity to Lewisville Lake has made it a recreational hub of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This Medicare Home Healthcare organization has been in business for over ten years. Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000
• Health Insurance (employer pays 50%)
• Vision and Dental Insurance
• Retirement Package – 401(k) Up to 5% Match

• Paid Time Off (4 Weeks’ Vacation)
• Mileage Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday Schedule
• Limited On-Call Coverage
• (Two nights per month, One Weekend Per Month) 
• 3-5 Patient Per Day on Average
• Admissions
• Assessments of Patients
• Pain Management
• Coordinate with Physician when needed
• Anticipate changes and educate the patient, family, and caregivers on how to aid and manage symptoms safely
• Coverage Area: Denton, Dallas, Collin County, (Most of North Dallas)

Requirements

• Clear and Active Texas Licensure
• Hospice Experience or Home Health Experience
• Reliable Transportation
• High Ethical Standards
