Job description
Classic Nissan of Williamsburg is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our winning team.
The ideal candidate should have:
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent math skills, including proficiency in retail math calculations
- Proven experience in inventory control and management
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including current market trends and pricing strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the used car inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control of all vehicles
- Conduct market research to determine pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing for used cars
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
- Cold call potential customers to promote used car inventory and generate leads
- Collaborate with sales team to negotiate deals and close sales
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory management
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues related to used car purchases
- Train and mentor sales team on effective selling techniques for used cars
- As the Used Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the used car inventory, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft software and ability to learn other computer-based tools for client-facing and a majority of roles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid work ethic around attendance and punctuality
