Expert Recruiting Solutions is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in healthcare and higher education. Our client is currently seeking a Dean/Director of Nursing to work on site in Maumee, OH.
Directs academic operations of nursing programs on a single campus to ensure all students receive a quality education in a friendly environment. Evaluates program quality and maintains accreditation standards. Manages faculty including hiring/selection, orientation, development, supervision, evaluation and discipline. Acquires new and maintain current clinical sites to meet the demands of the courses and students. Provides critical communication to facilitate role performance and program functioning. Participates in planning measures to achieve academic success for students. Implements new programs as directed. Conducts and models professional behavior in interactions with students, staff, and administration. Evaluates and ensures the quality of resources for program functioning. The Campus Dean/Director of Nursing directs academic operations of the nursing programs on campus to ensure all students receive a quality education in a friendly environment. This role also evaluates program quality and maintains accreditation standards. The Campus Dean/Director of Nursing manages faculty including hiring/selection, orientation, development, supervision, evaluation and discipline and works to acquire new and maintain current clinical sites to meet the demands of the courses and students. This role also provides critical communication to facilitate role performance and program functioning and will participate in planning measures to achieve academic success for students.
