Job description
- Job Title: Dynamics 365 Software Developer
- Company: Ford Motor Company
- Department: Enterprise Technology Group, Global Contact Center Channel Team
- Role: Developing, testing, and deploying enhancements to improve and maintain the Live Person conversational cloud and configuring Live Person flows for chat, SMS, and messaging.
- Responsibilities:
- Work with business users to identify needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for LAD365 and Live Person.
- Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges.
- Proactively provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Skills Required: C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Skills Preferred: Visual Studio 2019+ SQL, SQL Server, and relational databases
- Experience Required: 1+ years of experience with Live Person Conversational Cloud
- Experience Preferred: Experience with LAD365 or MS Dynamics 365, Intent Manager\/Converstaion Orchestrator, Apple Messages for Business or Google Business Messenger
- Education Required: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- Additional Information: Excellent English writing and verbal skills, great team player, open to learning and having fun. The position can be hybrid (if located in SE Michigan) or remote.
