Responsibilities for this Office Assistant to Construction Company job includes, but are not limited to:· Data entry in spreadsheets.
· Data entry into proposals and billing.
· Answering phones.
· Email correspondence to customers and vendors.
· Ordering supplies for the office.
Qualifications:
· Friendly and professional manner
· Detail oriented.
· Reliable and prompt.
· Able to work independently in busy family owned construction business.
Schedule: Full-Time – 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay for this position is $ 17.00/hr.
