Adecco is assisting a client recruiting for an  Office Assistant to Construction Company job in West Palm Beach , FL.  This is for a long term possible temp to hire  opportunity. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Office Assistant to Construction Company job includes, but are not limited to:

·         Data entry in spreadsheets.

·         Data entry into proposals and billing.  

·         Answering phones.

·         Email correspondence to customers and vendors.

·         Ordering supplies for the office.

Qualifications:

·         Friendly and professional manner

·         Detail oriented.

·         Reliable and prompt.

·         Able to work independently in busy family owned construction business.

Schedule: Full-Time – 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

• Pay for this position is $ 17.00/hr.
