About the Position:
We are seeking passionate Account Executives to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in our national growth by nurturing strategic relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fix/flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing space, with a monthly origination volume of $5 million or more. This position involves a blend of inbound and outbound sales, along with attending conferences and client meetings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners.
- Drive sales and build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client database and track interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and expand networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the loan approval process.
- Maintain transparency and provide regular updates to clients on loan status.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and competitor trends to inform business strategies.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business-purpose lending.
- Ability to bring in 10+ customer relationships to build a book of business.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- NMLS license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- College degree preferred.
