Job description
America Health And Home Care in Malden, MA is looking for a well organized part time administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are located in Malden Ma. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Cover shifts when needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Conduct internet research
- Place orders for office equipment or business needs
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
- Taking notes in meetings
- Maintaining Inventory
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Assist Management teamĀ
Qualifications
- Experienced in Health and Home Care.
- Microsoft skills needed excel, google docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing.
- 2-year admin experience
- 1-year scheduling ( preferred )
- Bi-lingual ( preferred )
- 8 AM - 12 PM Monday-Friday
