Job description
```Responsibilities:```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Provide support for external audits and tax filings. Review income tax returns and audits.
-Prepare income tax projections
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
-Manage cash including distribution calculations
-Supervise, train and develop staff
-Record Capital transactions
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation preferred)
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, real estate preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using accounting software, MS Office and advanced Excel skills
-Experience with Yardi, preferred but not required
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management principles
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with lenders and investors
