Job description

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide HR support to our various clients. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate interested in broadening their HR experience and will afford the right individual the opportunity to gain a wide range of training and exposure across the core areas of our business. The job duties of our consultants include identifying the client’s business needs, actively providing best practices, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions.
Audit and maintain employee files to ensure federal and state compliance
Handle benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and reconciling invoices for payment
Monitor and track Paid Time Off for employees
Administer and track federal, state, and local leave of absence programs
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and process paperwork for new employees
Process termination paperwork for departing employees
Assist with client HR audit and assessment projects as needed
Assist in coordinating and processing client payroll
Provide support to HR Consulting and Payroll teams
Other projects as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Human Resources or related experience a plus
Resourceful, detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to communicate successfully with clients and co-workers
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
Basic knowledge and comprehension of Employment laws or HR related policies
Base Salary: $26 – $32 per hour
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills and experience.
