This is an exciting opportunity and a newly created role that has not existed before. Join our global HQ system integrator team in the software and services partner organization. This role is tasked to create and drive new SW business models with our Global and Regional System Integrators. Bring your entrepreneurial spirit, skills, and experience to help create - grow - and monetize software solutions (offerings) through and with our system integrator channel. You will orchestrate efforts between Intel business units, our global field teams, ISV partner ecosystem, and Si partners (global and regional).
A qualified candidate will be a high energy, entrepreneurial individual with experience in SW and development. They will be capable of building and driving a partner strategy that will monetize software through Intel's system Integrator and partner network. A qualified candidate will possess three core skills: an understanding of how to incubate new SW business models (rev, share, licensing, and /or direct billings), experience working with the global and regional system integrator channel (an understanding of what it takes to develop get to market and go to market strategies with these integrators), and a track record of orchestrating successful execution between business units - field team - ISV partners - and system integrator accounts. This individual will be responsible for delivering on several areas; identifying growth opportunities in partnership with business units (eg: strata, granulate), formulating an overarching strategy to leverage the system integrator and ISV channel to drive adoption of SW solutions/offerings, and creating and driving the implementation of new business models.
A strong candidate will demonstrate the following:
Strong business acumen and independent self-starter to form view of the strategic imperatives.
Experience bringing to market and executing contract agreements for multiple joint offerings (co-creation) with Global System Integrators.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and ability to manage change.
C-Suite engagement experience.
Ability to build a business plan and measure progress against it.
Ability to build partner strategy and guide them through adoption and implementation.
Experience w/ selling, marketing or supporting comprehensive technical solutions.
Able to build strong internal and external partnerships to foster collaboration, influence direction, and shape efforts to execute business objectives.
Expertise in proactively identifying areas for collaboration and driving joint projects in a highly matrixed organization, demonstrating cross organizational leadership by managing global and local stakeholders through virtual teams.
Able to think strategically, comprehend the big picture, envision short and long-term scenarios, contemplate potential implications, and identify actions to pursue.
Strong problem-solving skills, and data driven analytical decision-making expertise.
Experience translating business needs into technical and solution requirements.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, or related field.
10+ years of combined experience with:
Regional and global system Integrators (SI), and/or channel partners.
Working business and/or technical knowledge of AI, CSP Hyperscaler, and/or ISV solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business or technical field.
Global sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership and/or solutions channel management experience focused on consultative sales in a technically demanding industry.
Domain expertise in AI, Cloud and/or ISV solutions, including software and solutions.
Sales experience driving related workloads that deliver maximum value to end customers.
Experience developing product solutions and sales plays with ecosystem partners, including OxMs, ISVs CSPs and especially GSIs, and jointly driving solution sales to end users with SIs.
History of contribution to software design and/or production wins.
Experience presenting complex technical and enterprise related topics, along with articulating the business value and ROI to sales prospects.
Financial acumen including scaling channel pipeline and revenue via programmatic approach, that includes various rev share and support models, and ability to leverage funding programs including POCs (Proof of Concept) and NRE (Non-recurring engineering), as well as ROI financial presentation to executives to request access to funds.
Experience and deep understanding of solutions ecosystem, offerings, and business models, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
