Job description
Location: East Coast - New York/New Jersey/North Carolina/Massachusetts
Travel Requirement: Up to 2-3 times per month with 1-2 day stays
Responsibilities:
Manage 3-4 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Conduct inside sales and pre-sales activities to drive business growth
Utilize expertise in digital technology, including RPA, automation, testing, and quality assurance
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Travel to client sites as needed, building and maintaining strong client relationships
Work closely with a managed service team to meet client requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or related roles
Strong understanding of digital technology and its applications in business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to travel frequently within the East Coast region
