Job Description



The Recruiting Specialist is a key member of our Talent Acquisition team at Galileo Learning. You will be responsible for supporting both direct talent sourcing efforts and employer branding initiatives. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will refine and guide our recruitment narrative and manage our employer pages across multiple platforms. You will also drive our referrals and incentives program, partner with the marketing team on initiatives, and be a key thought partner to support expanded initiatives.

COMPENSATION

We anticipate the compensation for this Full-Time, non-exempt position to be $23.00 - 25.00/ hour . Exact compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors, including geography and professional experience.

WORK LOCATION

This position would be based in the San Fransisco Bay Area, California, at the Galileo Headquarters, 1021 3rd Street, Oakland, CA 94607.

Please note that Galileo currently adheres to a hybrid office and work-from-home policy; this role will work two days per week in the office.
