Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Construction Site Superintendent position.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction team in on-site efforts to build and renovate construction projects throughout the community. You will be responsible for building and overseeing an on site construction team. Responsible for supervising all teammates and subs and maintaining a safe work environment. Heavily involved in planning, organizing, and controlling projects. Responsible for ordering material, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, and controlling the schedule. Overseeing construction meetings and paperwork. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Must be able to multitask and work in a deadline driven environment. 5-10 years expierence in construction and/or construction management preferred.
