This unique opportunity with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? (Panama City) is for someone ready to jump in with both feet and help drive this new location forward from the seat of our trucks. You will receive excellent training and work with excellent leaders, coworkers and managers to coach and guide you.

Truck Team Members - Customer Service, Driving, Sales, Labor
Earn $17-$21/hr
This position starts with part-time work (2-3 shifts per week to start) and grows into full-time.

Our Truck Team Members are high-energy individuals who are proactive and self-motivated. You can take the lead, contribute to a great culture, and provide exceptional service to our customers. 

Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):

• Servicing our customers, by estimating jobs and loading the trucks with your team
• Driving our 1-800-GOT-JUNK trucks
• Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring the satisfaction of customers 
• Execute ground game marketing plans such as putting up signs, hanging door hangers and doing junk patrol to develop our brand awareness and new business
• Maintaining accurate information related to sales, estimates, job/truck and other operational details are entered into our tracking App
• Offload the truck at transfer stations and landfills
• Achievement of all operational critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To qualify, candidates must possess:

• High-energy and the grit to help get this business off the ground
• Physical ability to work 8-12 hours per day and load multiple truck loads
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong sales and service skills
• Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations
