Overview

The Talent Management Program Manager works directly with the HR Centers of Excellence and field HR Teams, as well as commercial and functional business stakeholders to drive strategic business talent initiatives. The Talent Management team oversees performance management, career management, succession management, executive development, communications, change management, and employee engagement as well as the analytics, reporting, and business metrics for those Talent Management focus areas.

Primary Responsibilities

•    Create, implement, reinforce, and maintain strategically aligned Talent Management processes and programs
•    Compile, analyze, interpret, and present reports related to performance management, succession management, career pathing, organizational/key role capabilities, gap identification, etc.
•    Ensure all Talent Management content management channels are up to date
•    Develop, refresh, publish, and distribute support materials/collateral for Talent Management programs
•    Serve as Talent Management subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, trends and/or statistics
•    Develop a Talent Management scorecard and track and report on Talent Management metrics
•    Deliver workshops and/or webinars about topics such as program rollouts, continuous learning, succession planning meetings, capability learning events, etc.
•    Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple disciplines Talent Management, Organizational Development, Training & Development, and/or Human Resources within a distribution/multi-unit organization
•    Minimum of 1 year of experience/working knowledge of Talent Management tools and Learning Management Systems (Success Factors, Workday, etc.)
•    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
•    Strong planning and organizational skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent project management skills
•    Advanced working experience with Microsoft 365
•    Ability to travel as needed up to 50%

•    Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
•    Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amounts of time including walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
•    May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
