WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

You typically work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm , but we know that life happens, so we're flexible with scheduling.

 

WHAT DO YOU DO?

Your primary focus is on conducting research, analyzing data, and developing effective strategies for tracking client progress. Collaborating with program managers and staff, you develop data collection tools, administer new processes, and present information to various stakeholders and audiences. You also inform staff on how to appropriately collect and record client data while meeting all confidentiality protocols.

You need to be able to complete high-quality work while meeting all deadlines. Most of your work is remote, with occasional travel required for in-person meetings. Overall, your contributions help us provide more effective services for our clients!

 

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

A master's would be preferred. Management experience dealing with grant programs or not-for-profit organizations would be a bonus! Experience with creating surveys and analyzing results is also a plus.
