Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming all patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Scheduling appointments, managing the clinic's calendar, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate and helpful information to patients.
• Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and maintaining confidential patient records.
• Managing insurance verification and authorization processes to ensure seamless billing procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and front desk area.
• Helping patients navigate our clinic, providing directions, and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and adherence to appointment schedules.
• Assisting with billing inquiries, processing payments, and managing financial transactions.
• Supporting the clinic's marketing initiatives by promoting our services and providing information to potential patients.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional customer service abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records systems and scheduling software.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
