Job description
We are looking for an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist who has the ability to manage a wide variety of payroll tasks in the Construction industry. You will be a part of a team that strives to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. As a Certified Payroll Specialist, you must be highly organized and have the ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
As a Certified Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of payroll, processing of payrolls, balancing of payrolls, preparation of municipality reports, and maintenance of LCP Tracker and HRIS systems. You will also monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Davis Beacon reporting requirements.
At least 3+ years of payroll experience in a similar role
Advance knowledge of Payroll/HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Knowledge and experience with LCP Tracker
Extensive knowledge of payroll processing including preparation and balancing.
Experience with certified payroll reports, municipality reporting, and prevailing wages.
Must possess Davis Bacon / Certified Payroll knowledge and experience.
Must possess strong integrity, superb personal and professional ethics, and confidentiality.
Annual Salary of $55,000 - $65,000 annually
