Job description
*6 years +of experience in managing projects, preferably in a related industry.* Bachelors degree in a related field; Masters degree preferred.* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.* Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.* Coordinate and lead project meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and lessons-learned sessions.* Ensure project deliverables are completed to a high standard and within agreed-upon timelines.* Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.* Establish and maintain project management best practices, tools, and processes.* Monitor and control project costs, resources, and quality.* Identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement.* Develop and implement communication plans and stakeholder management strategies.* Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants.
