What We Need

We are seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist directly focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise customer implementations. The Senior Onboarding Specialist is directly responsible for driving successful implementations in a project management capacity, possessing exceptional presentation skills and technical knowledge of the product to ensure our customers are set on a positive trajectory for success immediately after they choose to do business with us.

Most of the time spent within this position will be working with customers to deliver onboarding plans within a set implementation framework by conducting live training sessions, leading executive level status meetings and ensuring the implementation process is staying on target. The position requires a willingness to work cross functionally with both technical and customer facing internal teams to accomplish successful implementations at scale.

The average number of implementation projects vary on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized project plans and keeping detailed notes in the company CRM system for future reference after the customer exits onboarding, ultimately ending in the hands of our Customer Success team.
