Position Summary: Responsible for providing the program overview to interested consumers and to assist members who have obtained prior authorization for Personal Care Attendant (PCA) services and their surrogates, administrative proxies, if necessary, in developing the skills and resources to maximize the member's management of personal health care, personal care services, activities of daily living, and activities related to the fiscal intermediary.

Essential Functions: (Core duties or tasks that are fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job)

Qualifications: Associate degree and 4 years relevant work required. High School diploma with significant relevant work experience with elders or the disabled may be substituted for degree. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and computer skills necessary. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual capacity in Spanish is required.

Hours : 37.5 per week
