Solugenix is assisting a client, in their search for a Desktop Engineer. This is a 3-month contract to hire opportunity based out of Petaluma, CA (Onsite) .

We are looking for a desktop engineer with experience in licensing/ provisioning/ deployment/ infrastructure analysis.

Qualifications :

• Desktop engineer who has extensive experience with provisioning.
• Must know how to set up a golden image. 
• Strong background in desktop engineering.
• Image creation.
• Experience with relevant tools.
• Understanding of Service Now is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• This engineer will create an end-to-end process of creating a golden image and maintaining it according to the security requirements of our client.
• To this end, we will assess the current environment via a 6 – 12-week discovery process, compile our assessments and make a recommendation in terms of the best approach and next steps to incorporate designing a golden image.
• They will fulfil responsibilities in desktop and software provisioning working closely with the Asset Manager.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $30/hour to $40/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
