Maintenance Supervisor
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance and repair of equipment within the manufacturing facility. This position maintains the safety standards of the workplace and ensures that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. This supervisor also assists in the development of preventative maintenance plans and implements corrective action to prevent downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees maintenance and repair of all equipment in the manufacturing facility
- Ensures that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality
- Implements preventative maintenance plans
- Identifies and resolves issues that would cause downtime
- Maintains safety standards of the workplace
- Assists with identifying and managing spare parts inventory
- Manages maintenance staff to ensure proper use of resources and adherence to company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in plastic injection molding and maintenance
- Experience with Wittman, Husky, ROBOTS, ENGEL, Mitsubishi, or Milacron machinery
- CMMS
- Experience with preventative maintenance, management, and supervision in the manufacturing industry
