Job Summary/Purpose
This position is responsible for identifying and managing forward thinking projects for Fleet Management. The successful candidate will work directly with Fleet leadership to improve and create processes and programs for the various Fleet departments. This consists of, but not limited to, maintenance services, parts and warranty programs, telemetry, driver training, vehicle acquisitions and various Entergy related initiatives.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Understand Entergy Safety rules and ensure projects fall within the appropriate safety practices.
Manage relationships with internal/external customers and vendors.
Build financial business cases and work with leadership/finance to obtain funding.
Develop and produce KPIs to track projects success.
Build and execute effective change management strategies for Fleet Management and our customers.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Minimum experience required of the position
5+ years in project management, finance, customer service or a related field.
Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in a fleet management or utility service environment.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Maximo.
Effectively manage and prioritize various time-sensitive projects.
Ability to work Independently with minimal direction and strong team collaboration skills.
Proficient in managing multiple projects, vendors, etc.
Strong analytical aptitude, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, etc.
Experience in customer service.
