Job description

Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located.
- Proven experience in personal injury law.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
