Job description
Emerge, a global talent solutions company, is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire 1st shift General Labor job in Lebanon, TN for our client, a manufacturer of quality metal fabricated products and materials for the commercial construction field that is soon to open. We are seeking candidates that have one or more years of experience in a metal fabrication shop or a vocational education in manufacturing processes/metal or wood shop. Experience with industrial painting/finishing or assemly is desirable. This is a first shift position (7 am - 3:30 pm) and offers a pay rate of $17-$18 to start with pay rate increases every 6 months through the first two years.
