Job Title: Marketing Manager - Performance (META/Media Buyer)

Reporting to: VP, Marketing

Preferred Location: United States (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

Role Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead our advertising efforts on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, shaping strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns. This pivotal role is instrumental in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets through innovative analytics and creative initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate across multiple product categories/brands to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, execute, and oversee innovative campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms to surpass performance goals.
Budget & Performance Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI. Continuously monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments for optimal results.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to craft engaging ad creatives (videos, images, and copy) tailored for Meta and TikTok audiences. Test and iterate on creative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, delivering detailed reports and actionable insights. Leverage data to inform future campaign strategies.
Market Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of Meta and TikTok's latest trends and features, experimenting with innovative approaches to leverage these platforms effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., SEO, email marketing, content) to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record on Meta and TikTok platforms.
2+ years of media/agency experience across multiple brands.
Strong analytical skills, proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager platforms.
Creative mindset with experience guiding digital ad creative direction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Meta Blueprint and TikTok Marketing Partners program.
Experience with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Salary Range: $100,000—$120,000 USD
