Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including networking events, community engagements, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, architects, designers, and trade professionals to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that effectively communicate Alair Homes Sanibel's value proposition.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and positioning.
- Represent Alair Homes Sanibel at industry events, conferences, and community activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the construction, real estate, or home renovation industry.
- Strong network in the local market with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing plans to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
