Job Description - Represents the college as an administrative liaison and responds to non-routine inquiries.
- Utilizes college and/or institutional policies, practices, and procedures to answer questions and resolve problems.
- Performs variety of administrative duties regarding the college including creating and overseeing college files, databases and reports.
- Completes travel settlements for college, faculty, staff, students, and incoming guests and speakers as appropriate.
- Assists the Budget Manager in setting up accounts, tracking budgets, reconciling accounting statements, and following up on discrepancies.
- Assists in preparing required purchasing and accounting forms as needed as well as processing expenses.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range $29,500 - $38,400- Salary is commensurate with experience and internal equity
Salary Grade 4
Qualifications
Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience.
Experience Experience with desktop and centralized computer programs, including MS Office and data entry/retrieval.
