Job description
We are seeking a mental health therapist for the greater Boise area (offices in Boise and Meridian). The position is hybrid: in-person and telehealth. Employees can choose how much in-person vs. telehealth they want to do (e.g. 3 days in person, 2 days telehealth from home). Employees are responsible for scheduling clients, completing intakes, conducting therapy, and working in coordination with their clinical supervisor. The office manages screen intakes and then sends them to clinicians to schedule within their assigned blocks of office time. Many clinicians like working Monday-Thursday and/or starting at 10/11 am and working until 6/7 pm so people can have a sustainable work/life balance.
- Pay starting at $40-50/hour, plus pay for administrative tasks

Responsibilities:
- Complete intake and establish rapport with clients
- Attend individual supervision, group supervision, and clinical trainings
- Generate and implement treatment plans
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Willing to build caseload to a minimum of 15 hours of billable clients per week
Qualifications:
- Licensure eligible masters/doctoral degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, etc.)
- Preferably active license (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, LMFT, etc.)
- Good judgement
- Open to coaching/feedback
- Willingness to learn new information and ways of conducting therapy
- Interest in learning attachment and somatic-based approaches to therapy
- Competent or coachable with technology (e.g. Gmail and Simple Practice)
