Job Title: Quality Control Technician (Food Manufacturing)

Schedule: M-F 3-11 PM 2nd shift (6 weeks training on 1st shift)

Overview: Established and growing food manufacturing company, seeking to add a motivated individual to their Quality Team as a permanent employee. Candidates in the LHV area with experience in food manufacturing industry, should APPLY ASAP to be part of the dynamic and growing team.
Job Description: - Monitor process controls to ensure adherence to all food safety and quality programs
- Perform sample collection as required for microbiological or chemical testing
- Perform product sampling and analysis to monitor product texture and shelf-life
- Environmental swabbing and allergen testing
- Responsible for monitoring, documenting and enforcing policies in addition to training key team members and taking critical corrective action when required.
Qualification's: - 1-year of experience in food Quality
- Ability to assess risk and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
