Job description

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm
Pay: $18.00/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors and perform general administrative duties
- Clerical: Handle incoming calls; o pen and sort mail; a ssist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Create various spreadsheets and maintain data as necessary and as directed
- Order supplies, merchandise and products as necessary and as directed; continue to maintain and stock office supplies in a neat, organized fashion
- Maintain all business associated reports in an up-to-date, user friendly, and organized fashion
- Adhere and comply with all Safety, Security, Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Company Protocols and other related compliance as dictated
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks associated with the Administrative facet of the business and operation as necessary and as dictated by Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years' of Administrative experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Leadership – The ability to lead and direct co-workers and associates to streamline production, improve productivity and increase profitability
- Knowledge - Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations

- Communication – Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face communication skills with associates, customers and managers
