[Job Summary] We are currently seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Under the mentorship of our experienced senior project manager, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide array of tasks and responsibilities.
[Job Description] Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management of all project documentation, ensuring that everything is updated and correctly filed.
- Drafting necessary paperwork for consultants, helping to maintain effective communication channels and streamlined processes.
- Assisting with the estimation and bidding process, contributing to the growth and expansion of our portfolio of projects.
- Effectively communicating project progress to key stakeholders, maintaining transparency and building trust.
- Regular internal reporting of your work progress, contributing to team alignment and goal setting.
- Supporting office organization and managing supplies, helping to maintain a productive work environment.
- Participating in complex permitting processes and interconnection coordination, gaining invaluable industry-specific experience.
- Engaging with local communities through public outreach and grassroots initiatives, contributing to our reputation and relationships.
- Maintaining active communication with local governments, including counties, cities, and states, learning the ins and outs of policy and regulation.
- Contributing to cross-border initiatives and collaboration projects, enhancing your global business understanding and communication skill.

[Qualifications]- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to commute to our Chicago office on a daily basis, with working hours from 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
