Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of supply chain management with SAP technology? We are seeking a passionate and experienced SAP Supply Chain Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP SCM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the charge in implementing and optimizing SAP SCM solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Customize and configure SAP systems to align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Leverage your expertise in SAP SCM modules, including SAP APO, SAP IBP, SAP MM, and SAP WM, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, and their application in supply chain management.
Showcase your exceptional project management skills by leading end-to-end SCM projects from planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Drive process improvements within the supply chain using SAP SCM tools, while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Empower end-users through comprehensive training programs, enabling them to maximize the full potential of SAP SCM functionalities.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SCM data, conducting regular audits to maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8-15 years of proven experience in SAP SCM leadership roles.
A passion for innovation and a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
