Job description
We are seeking a Tax Attorney to join our Am Law 200 firm. If you have at least 7 years of experience and are looking to join a team to help you build your practice, we want to talk to you!

Our Tax & Exempt Organizations group is dedicated to offering a wide range of tax law services on the state and federal level. Our attorneys have experience in guiding and representing our clients in many industries.You will be counseling a range of exempt organizations on both the public and private level. You will be counseling our clients on formation of business entities, tax structuring, tax registrations, taxable income strategy and planning, and transactional matters.
You are barred int the state of the primary office location(CT, MA, NY, RI, PA, FL, DC, DE) and have at least 7+ years of experience in representing clients in Tax Law. You are well versed in private and public foundation formation, transactional matters, drafting and revising governance documents, and representing clients before state and federal authorities.
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $160k-$230k annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan. This is a HYBRID position where you can come into the office 2-4 times per week.
