The Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for the successful market analysis, commercial strategy, planning, project coordination, and launch of products and programs with highly differentiated value proposition that drive new sales and revenue opportunities for Surestep. In addition, the role is responsible for existing product and program lifecycle management and leading the product management team as well as collaboration across the rest of the marketing functions and key stakeholders throughout the organization. This role requires a proven track record of leading and evolving business through market analysis, product development, developing people and teams, and displaying financial acumen. This team member provides leadership and vision to drive business forward while balancing multiple competing priorities and finite resources. This position must be a strong people leader, able to influence cross-functional and cross-brand teams, and manage multiple agencies and team members to create the most compelling value proposition.
