Title of Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: The Sales Coordinator plays an essential role in the business by providing critical support to clients and the internal team. They are a motivated, passionate, self-starting, and results-oriented professional who is dedicated to achieving excellent customer service and driving sales. As the Sales Coordinator, they work directly with clients, managing calendars, tackling strategic projects, and helping the team work more efficiently throughout their day. They work closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for outside sales of catering orders to both corporate and social accounts, including weddings. They upsell rentals of catering equipment and event décor, order rentals from outside vendors, and manage those accounts. They conduct site visits, attend tastings, and conduct in-person meetings with clients. Furthermore, the position requires attending networking events at least once a month. Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients. A deep understanding of catering, event planning, and sales best practices is essential, as well as the ability to manage schedules and prioritize competing demands. Most importantly, the Sales Coordinator is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
