Senior Brand & Creative Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. As a key player in the marketing department, this
Senior Brand & Creative Manager will have the opportunity to shape and elevate a brand presence across various channels. Senior Brand & Creative Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, focusing on copy, video, visual design and event management to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content for email marketing, advertising, social media, sales enablement, catalogs and web campaigns
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals
- Drive innovation in marketing strategies, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning and messaging, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance, providing insights to enhance future marketing initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors to support the successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Actively participate in leadership responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Senior Brand & Creative Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in brand management, with a focus on B2B marketing within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Proficiency in project management, multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, digital platforms, and emerging technologies
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Flexibility to work onsite in the North Western Suburbs two days per week
