Requirements:
Min. 2-years’ experience as Receptionist in a 4* or 5* operations (hotel or cruise ships); Highly proficient in spoken and written English, GERMAN an advantage; Strong computer skills; Stress tolerant; Familiar with a multicultural working environment; Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable; Good problem-solving skills; Complaint management skills; Role and Responsibilities: Provide a professional and courteous service in accordance with company standards and procedures; Guest Check-in and Check-out; Handle guest complaints, special requests professionally and to inform supervisor; Distribute information within the team as well as to other departments; Ensure a complete display of all items in the onboard shop as per company standards; Verify all people on board (guests and crew) at departures; Ensure unauthorized persons are not coming on board; Assist Front Office Manager with preparations of the upcoming cruise and closing of the current cruise; Book guest checks, perform daily closings, enter guest, and crew information at embarkation; Count cash at every shift change; Ensure correct handling of all equipment, devices, and machinery; Participate in all safety drills; Report any potential safety hazards; Update the AGE control panel and codes when needed; Maintain and update the red safety book as per instructions; Participate in scheduled trainings, briefings, and meetings;Job tags
