As a Realtor, you will be responsible for marketing listings, assisting clients in the marketing and purchasing of properties, and guiding them through the process with expert advice and support.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote property listings to attract potential buyers
• Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating the best terms for property transactions
• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire buying and selling process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
• Valid real estate license
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
