We are Hiring HVAC Retrofit Installers!
Looking for someone with 1 year or more of HVAC experience or combination of education and experience who is looking for a company to call home and grow their career.

Position: HVAC Retrofit Installer
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00, Depending on Experience + Spiffs/bonuses
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Installing primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems ducted and ductless systems
- Sizing, fabricating, installing ductwork
- Low voltage control wiring of thermostats and accessories
- Refrigerant application with line sets brazing and implementation of AC and Heat Pump Systems
- Installing and testing gas pipe
- Offering customers additional options that will improve their in-home comfort
Qualifications / Skill:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 1 + years' HVAC Installation experience
- Residential Retrofit experience desired
- EPA Universal Certification or we will help you obtain once employed
- NATE Certification or willingness to acquire once employed
- Able to install residential and light commercial equipment
- Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Air balancing principles and techniques
- Excellent customer relation skills and open mind to think outside the box
- Pass background check & drug screen
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
